laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the 
Information Technology Act, 2000, along with the rules, regulations, 
guidelines, and clarifications framed thereunder, including the Information 
Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive 
Personal Information) Rules, 2011 and the Information Technology 
(Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011. This document constitutes an 
electronic record and an electronic contract formed under the Information 
Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical, electronic, or digital 
signature. 
● The website is owned and operated by Mayur Plastics, a Sole Proprietorship, 
manufacturer and marketer of Sunny Rainwear – (hereinafter referred to as 
“Sunny Rainwear”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using this 
website in any manner, including but not limited to viewing content, placing 
orders, or submitting personal information, you acknowledge that you have 
read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If 
you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 
website. 
● You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or 
accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian and 
are competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable 
Indian laws. Sunny Rainwear reserves the right to deny access to the website 
to any user who violates these Terms or applicable laws. 
● The website displays various rainwear products including but not limited to 
PVC rainsuits, jackets, ponchos, reversible jackets, accessories, and related 
merchandise for sale across India. All orders placed through the website are 
subject to acceptance by Sunny Rainwear at its sole discretion. We reserve 
the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at any stage without 
assigning any reason. In case an order is cancelled after payment has been 
processed, the refund shall be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy. 
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. 
Delivery, logistics, and handling charges, if applicable, shall be clearly 
indicated at the time of checkout. While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, 
typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur, and Sunny 
Rainwear reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors. 
● Payments for purchases may be made through available online payment 
gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable. For COD refunds, 
customers shall be required to provide accurate bank account details to 
facilitate secure electronic refunds. Sunny Rainwear shall not be responsible 
for any delay in refund processing caused by incorrect banking details or 
third-party payment service providers. 
● All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, brand names, 
trade dress, website content, graphics, designs, images, text, software, and 
layout, are the exclusive property of Sunny & Maple and/or Mayur Plastics 
and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India. Any 
unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, transmission, 
modification, or commercial exploitation of any part of the website content is 
strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 
● To ensure long-lasting performance and durability of the products, users are 
advised to follow recommended product care guidelines, including cleaning 
with running water, avoiding ironing, and refraining from tumble drying. 
Improper usage, washing methods, or product handling may reduce product 
life and void any applicable warranty or claim. 
● The website and all products and services provided through it are offered on 
an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether 
express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties 
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sunny 
Rainwear does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the 
website, nor does it warrant that product images will precisely match delivered 
products due to variations in screen resolution, lighting, and photography. To 
the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunny Rainwear shall not be liable for 
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising 
out of or related to the use of the website or products, including but not limited 
to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill. Our total liability, if any, shall be 
limited strictly to the value of the product purchased by the customer. 
● Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sunny & Maple, its 
proprietors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all 
claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs arising from violation 
of these Terms, misuse of the website, infringement of any intellectual 
property rights, or breach of any applicable law. 
● Sunny Rainwear reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or 
terminate access to the website without prior notice for maintenance, security 
reasons, legal compliance, or detection of suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful 
activities. Users acknowledge that during such periods, access to the website 
may be limited or unavailable, and Sunny Rainwear shall not be held liable for 
any inconvenience caused. 
● The website may contain links to third-party websites for informational or 
convenience purposes. Sunny Rainwear does not control, endorse, or 
assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party

these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

website. We shall make reasonable efforts to resolve all grievances in a timely 
and professional manner. 
● Sunny Rainwear reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms

website shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
