Return & Exchange Policy 

At Sunny Rainwear – A Product of Mayur Plastics, customer satisfaction is our 
top priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality rainwear and a seamless shopping 
experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & 
Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process. 
Return Policy 

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, only under the 
following conditions: 
Valid Reasons for Return 

● Wrong product delivered (Unboxing video mandatory) 
● Manufacturing defect (Unboxing video mandatory) 

An unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is 
mandatory for all return requests. Claims without a proper unboxing video 
will not be accepted. 
Return Conditions 

● The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
● All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact 
● Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted 
for return 
Refund Process 
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account 
details for online refund processing 
● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned 
product passes quality inspection 
Shipping Cost for Returns 
● If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Sunny 
Rainwear will bear the shipping cost 
● In all other approved cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the 
customer 

Exchange Policy 

We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery for the following 
reasons: 
Valid Reasons for Exchange 
● Size exchange 
● Color exchange 
● Wrong product delivered (Unboxing video mandatory) 
Exchange Conditions 
● Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
● All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact 
● Exchange is subject to product availability 
Shipping Cost for Exchanges 
● If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong product delivered), we will 
bear both-side shipping costs 
● For size or color exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the 
customer 
Important Notes 
● No returns or exchanges will be accepted for used, damaged, altered, or 
washed products 
● Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers may not 
be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective 
● Innerwear, accessories, and rain accessories may not be eligible for return 
or exchange due to hygiene reasons (if applicable) 
● Sunny Rainwear reserves the right to approve or reject any request based 
on quality inspection 

How to Raise a Return / Exchange Request 
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with: 
● Order ID 
● Reason for return/exchange 
● Clear photos/videos of the product 
● Mandatory unboxing video (for wrong or defective product claims)
